Residential Services Orientation (RSO) Information

RSO is designed to provide an overview of the Title 17
requirements for residential vendorization for persons who wish to become vendored as a residential service provider and for administrators of vendored homes. For more information on RSO please see California Code of Regulations, 
Title 17, SubChapter 4 - Section 56003.

Registration for the "RSO SUMMER 2017" session is now closed. For information on how to register for the upcoming "RSO FALL 2017" session, please check back to this page in August 2017.


NLACRC has created a page on eventbrite.com for a convenient way to register for RSO. To register, you must have a password from NLACRC. In order to receive the password, you must submit a certificate verifying completion of the CCL Community Care Facility or RCFE Orientation within the last six months and a resume demonstrating experience providing direct support services to people with developmental disabilities for a minimum of 6 months

 

 

Please follow the directions below:

1) Send proof of ALL prerequisite items to resourcedevelopment@nlacrc.org.
    
2) Once your prerequisites are confirmed, you will be sent an invitation and given a password to register for class on www.eventbrite.com.
   
3) Enter the name of the event and the password at eventbrite.com and pay for the upcoming Residential Services Orientation.

4) You will receive confirmation of registration from eventbrite.com.
